Before you arrive.
Do we book the whole villa or individual rooms?+
You book the whole lower-unit villa for up to four guests. It has two king bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, a kitchen, a living area and a private plunge pool. The bedrooms are not offered separately on this website.
Is the pool private?+
Yes, the plunge pool is for your villa stay. Children must be supervised at all times around the pool. The living area is also a few steps below the surrounding floor, so please take care.
Is any part of the property shared?+
The villa occupies the lower unit of a two-unit house, with its own entrance. A long-term tenant lives upstairs and uses the shared driveway and exterior staircase. The villa interiors and plunge pool are for your group.
How many vehicles can we park?+
There is one dedicated parking space for villa guests. The other space belongs to the upstairs tenant. There is no extra parking space for visiting vehicles.
What are the arrival and departure times?+
Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM. Self check-in uses a lockbox. Ask Chamath through Airbnb about arrival arrangements.
Are parties or events allowed?+
No. Parties, events and loud music are not permitted. Please respect quiet hours and the neighbours. The maximum guest capacity is four.
Where do I find prices and cancellation terms?+
Use Book on Airbnb to enter your travel dates. Rates, availability and cancellation terms depend on your booking. Sending an enquiry here does not reserve the villa.
What should we know before staying?+
Exterior security cameras are present. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are not reported in the supplied listing. Supervise children around the pool and the steps into the living area. Mosquitoes are common in the evenings; repellents and closed doors can help.
How can we keep the villa comfortable and save energy?+
Please switch off lights, air conditioning, fans and other electrical appliances when you leave. Turn off the air conditioning if windows are open. Close doors and use mosquito repellent in the evenings as needed.
